Account Manager (CSR) – Personal Lines
The Company: WCL Bauld Insurance Brokers - Award winning and leading independent general insurance brokerage offering clientele an unsurpassed level of expertise, and overall customer experience in the insurance marketplace. Where independence, advocacy and consumer choice are taken seriously - clientele are more than just renewals, they are relationships with people who have come to trust our role in providing them with protection.
The Position: Reporting to the Personal Lines Team Leader, the successful candidate will provide a high level of ongoing service to a diverse clientele including, but not limited to:
- General inquiries.
- Changes to personal insurance policies.
- Proactive maintenance of customer accounts.
- New customer sales.
The Right Person: Candidates should possess the ability to work in a team atmosphere or independently with little supervision yet deliver results. Additionally, one must consistently convey a friendly and positive attitude with clients and perform the role with the client’s best interests in mind at all times.
The Required Experience: The ideal candidate will have 5 years industry experience, and working toward their CIP or CAIB designation.
Start Date: Immediate
The Compensation: Salary - commensurate with experience + commissions.
