Errors & Omissions (aka Professional Liability) Insurance

Liability insurance protection that protects professionals against liability for damages and cost of defense based upon his/her alleged or real professional errors and omissions or mistakes, e.g., architects, engineers, medical malpractice, attorneys etc.
