| Klaus Wuerr, FCIP – President – Klaus joined W.C.L. Bauld in 1975 after serving a number of years as an Underwriter and Regional Manager for a large insurance company. Klaus has is F.C.I.P. designation and is a past President of the Insurance Brokers Association of Nova Scotia. |

| Steve Earle, CAIB – Senior Account Executive & Operations Manager – Steve joined W.C.L. Bauld (1975) Ltd. in October 1999 as an Account Executive. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Allison University in 1996 and completed the Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) in 2004. During Steve’s eight years in the industry, he has worked as a claims adjustor, an Account Executive for life insurance, personal lines and commercial lines. |

| Pamela (Pam) Hipson, CIP - Commercial Account Manager & Operations Supervisor – Pam joined our organization in September 1995. Since then she completed her General Insurance License in 1995, and her CIP in 2003. During Pam’s past ten years with us she has worked as both a Personal Lines Account Manager and a Commercial Lines Account Manager. During 2001 Senior Management promoted Pam to Operations Supervisor. Pam’s primary focus continues to be with our commercial clients while supervising all Account Managers in both Bedford and Dartmouth. |

| Sara Earle – Administrative Manager – Sara joined our team full time in March 2002. Sara graduated from St. Mary’s University with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1996. Sara has worked with W.C.L. Bauld (1975) Ltd. periodically since graduation, and has past experience in the publishing field as a Project Manager. Sara’s primary focus is managing our accounting department and administration responsibilities. |
